Paid Surveys & Wallet Incentives

Boost response rates and incentivize quality feedback by attaching cash reward budgets to your surveys.

1. Setting Up a Rewarded Survey

1. Go to Survey Settings -> Reward Budget.
2. Toggle Enable Cash Rewards.
3. Set the Reward Amount per Response (e.g. KES 50 or $0.50 per completed submission).
4. Specify the Total Response Cap.
5. Fund the total reward budget from your KDAnalytiks balance.

2. Respondent Wallet & Payout System

When respondents complete a paid survey, earnings are automatically credited to their KDAnalytiks Wallet.

• Balance Tracking: Respondents view earned rewards in their personal dashboard wallet.
• Withdrawal Requests: Respondents can withdraw earnings directly to local mobile money accounts (e.g., M-PESA) or bank accounts.
• Payout Approval & Log: Survey owners can inspect payout ledgers and transaction history.

3. Data Quality & Anti-Fraud Protection

To ensure reward funds are spent on genuine data, KDAnalytiks applies multi-layered automated fraud checks:

• Speeder Detection: Submissions completed faster than a minimum threshold are flagged as invalid.
• Straightlining Detection: Submissions selecting identical scale values across matrix grids are flagged.
• Duplicate IP & Device Fingerprinting: Prevents single users from submitting multiple entries on different accounts.
• Bot Mitigation & CAPTCHA: Automatically prompts suspicious traffic with bot checks.
